The role involves data-heavy analysis, collaboration with reinsurers and brokers, and a hybrid working model. A solid background in finance and reinsurance, plus SQL/Excel skills, is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in reinsurance or related insurance finance role.
• Strong understanding of reinsurance concepts, treaty structures, and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and relevant software (e.g., Excel, SQL).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with Solvency II or other regulatory capital frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities
