A leading healthcare provider is seeking Health Care Support Workers for their inpatient teams. Candidates must be caring, compassionate, and possess good communication skills. The role is physically demanding in a busy environment focusing on patient-centered care, with full and part-time hours available.

Opportunities have arisen for Health Care Support Workers to join our inpatient teams in New Craigs Hospital. We are a 98 bedded mental health hospital providing inpatient mental health care to people within the Highlands; located in the City of Inverness.
Whichever inpatient area you apply for, you would be working as part of a highly motivated and encouraging team, who adopt a person‑centred approach to care, always aiming for a positive patient experience of admission.
The successful candidates will be caring and compassionate, motivated, with good communication skills, and able to demonstrate a commitment towards the continued development of patient focused care whilst fostering a therapeutic ward environment. The successful candidates will be provided with all necessary statutory and mandatory training required for this role.
Previous experience in a care setting is desirable as this is a busy and physically demanding post. We require someone who can cope with these demands, work well within a team and has a calm and friendly nature. Full and part‑time hours will be considered.
