Introduction

Our client has a track record of nearly 3 decades in the medical industry!

They are a leading South African-based distributor of high-quality medical consumables and equipment, working with professionals in both private practice and state health facilities. They are looking for their next superstar Regulatory Responsible Pharmacist!

Duties & Responsibilities

As their new Regulatory Responsible Pharmacist, you'll be involved in:

  1. Operational aspects of all distribution processes and quality issues of the organization.
  2. Coordination and management of review, updating, compilation, and submission of CTD dossiers to SAHPRA.
  3. Ensuring all operations comply with The Medicines and Related Substances Act and The Pharmacy Act, as well as other relevant legislation including Medical Device Regulation and ISO standards.
  4. Acting as the Responsible Pharmacist for the company, including the warehouse and applicant.
  5. Being accountable to The Pharmacy Council for acts performed by or on behalf of the company.
Desired Experience & Qualifications

What you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Regulatory Responsible Pharmacist in the Pharmaceutical, Medical, or FMCG Manufacturing industry.
  • Matric plus BPharm degree, registered with SAPC.
  • Regulatory Affairs experience is essential.
  • Warehousing and Distribution experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of Regulations, Acts, and Guidelines.
  • SAHPRA experience is a MUST HAVE!
