Job summary

FNB Namibia seeks a Compliance Officer to ensure statutory governance and an effective compliance framework. The role focuses on monitoring regulatory changes, advising leadership, and driving end-to-end processes aligned with quality standards and customer expectations.

You will build cross-team relationships, review processes, and develop plans to mitigate regulatory risk while training staff on compliance requirements and fostering a culture of compliance across the business.

Qualifications

• Regulatory compliance monitoring and reporting across financial services.
• Regulatory engagement with regulators and stakeholders.
• Policy development, review, and implementation.
• Experience across South Africa and Namibia is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple regulatory tasks in a lean team.
