An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Registrar to oversee academic governance and compliance at their institution. This pivotal role involves managing student admissions, developing a Quality Management System, and ensuring adherence to national educational regulations. The individual appointed to this position will be responsible for implementing and managing Academic Legislative and Regulatory Requirements applicable to the Registrars Office at CTU Training Solutions. Policies and procedural development in line with the required National Educational ACTS and Regulations will be the responsibility of the Registrar.
Developing, implementing, and managing a Quality Management System based on National and International best practices will be another focus area. International and National Benchmarking ensure that a Student-centered strategic plan is developed for the Registrars office that is at the forefront of all the latest techniques in their operational field.

Qualifications:
The minimum qualification requirement is an Honours Degree in Education, specializing in Education. A master’s degree in education is a recommendation.
Experience:
Ten years of relevant experience at a tertiary institution, of which five years should have been in a senior management role. Experience working with learning management system (LMS) platforms is preferred; familiarity with LMS requirements is preferred. Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Office 365.
Remuneration Package: Will be negotiated.
