Responsibilities

• Manage a commercially viable clinic aligned with company guidelines
• Provide lifestyle management screening tests
• Conduct health immunisations and baby health monitoring
• Offer and provide reproductive health services
• Provide adult immunisations
• Deliver Primary Health Care, minor ailments and wound care
• Manage medical waste, ensure safety and compliance
• Handle adverse events/emergencies and staff training
• Counsel and advise patients on health information and weight management
• Refer patients to Pharmacists and other health professionals as appropriate
• Plan and implement health projects such as Health Week
• Develop health professional networks

Purpose and Objectives

1. Manage a commercially viable clinic in line with company guidelines
2. Provide lifestyle management screening tests
3. Conduct health immunisations and baby health monitoring
4. Offer and provide reproductive health services
5. Provide adult immunisations
6. Provide Primary Health Care e.g. minor ailments and wound care
7. Manage medical waste, ensure a safe environment and safety precautions are taken
8. Manage adverse events and emergencies
9. Counsel and advise patients on health information, weight management
10. Refer patients to Pharmacists and other health professionals when appropriate
11. Plan and implement projects eg. Health week

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Registration as Professional Nurse
