Job summary

Cash Crusaders is seeking an Area Manager/Financial Development Officer to oversee operations across designated regions, drive store performance, and develop sales strategies while ensuring compliance with company standards.

The role requires extensive travel, mentoring store teams, managing budgets, analyzing performance data, and delivering excellent customer experiences as we pursue financial targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum matric qualification.
• Advanced certificates in business/management are advantageous.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a senior management role.
• Strong IT proficiency: MS Excel, PowerPoint, MIS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations across designated regions and maximize profitability across all profit centers.
• Analyze store performance and develop tailored business performance plans for managers.
• Coordinate with upper management, franchisees, and store teams to align regional objectives.
• Prepare detailed reports on area performance and ensure compliance with legislative and company standards.
• Lead training and succession planning to elevate team competency and service quality.
