Job summary

MPRTC Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Senior Security Manager in Gauteng to oversee security operations in a manufacturing/logistics environment. The role requires PSIRA Grade A registration, a tertiary qualification in Security Management, and at least six years of leadership experience.

You will lead security teams and manage contracted providers, conduct risk assessments, CCTV monitoring, investigations and reporting.

Qualifications

• PSIRA Grade A registration is essential.
• Minimum 6 years’ senior security management experience.
• Tertiary qualification in Security Management or equivalent.
• Experience in risk identification, CCTV monitoring, investigations and report writing.
• Knowledge of the Second-Hand Goods Act and relevant legislation.
• Experience managing security teams and contracted security providers.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport.
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
