Job summary

Dis-Chem Pharmacies is seeking a Regional Security Manager to lead security operations across the KwaZulu-Natal region, ensuring effective deployment of security controls, management of security personnel and a reduction in shrink and operational risk.

Essential qualifications include a Diploma or certification in Security or Risk Management or 5–7 years in retail security or loss prevention, with leadership experience advantageous.

• Implement regional security strategies and loss prevention initiatives.

• Manage and support store-level security personnel and external service providers.
• Partner with store managers, regional and divisional teams on security matters.
• Collaborate with Head of Security on risk mitigation strategies.
• Support and manage investigations and incident resolution.
