Position: Sales Representative (Remote)

We seek an independent, self-starting individual who can work remotely and deliver results based on measured KPIs. The ideal candidate must be confident, sales-focused, and prioritize customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up.
  2. Advance contacts through the sales process via follow-up.
  3. Prospect for and research potential new customers.
  4. Develop an in-depth understanding of our products (technical and application).
  5. Meet or exceed activity and performance standards.
  6. Accurately log all activity in the CRM system.
  7. Make appointments and engage with contractors, dealers, and end users.
  8. Respond promptly to inquiries via telephone and email.
  9. Assist customers with product selection, pricing, availability, and refunds/exchanges.
  10. Generate sales quotations and provide material estimates and pricing for building projects.
  11. Enter orders into the company's system and handle customer communications efficiently.
  12. Monitor and ensure timely delivery, and investigate or resolve customer concerns.
  13. Escalate larger issues to the regional/territory manager as needed.
  14. Attend training sessions, trade shows, and industry seminars in Durban as required.
  15. Drive sales of Eva-Last products through various contractors and stakeholders.
  16. Maintain open communication, a high work ethic, and a proactive attitude.
  17. Coordinate projects, anticipate customer needs, and resolve issues.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Relevant diploma or degree (advantageous).
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in construction or building industry.
  • Proven sales achievement record.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • CRM experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bilingual abilities are advantageous.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
