They oversee and train Area Managers to enhance performance and meet sales targets.
Additional duties include defining sales objectives aligned with business strategy, managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, exploring best practices for sales processes, analyzing data and trends, managing dealer relationships, and implementing performance review and talent management practices.
Qualifications required include a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or an equivalent field.
