Job description

Regional Sales Manager (Warranty Insurance) – Johannesburg.

Regional Sales Manager with minimum 7 years’ experience in a sales leadership role and a proven track record in managing and engaging with Executives, Senior Managers and Managers, as a Regional Manager or Dealer Consultant in the Motor/Insurance Industry, required for new business development in the Motor Dealer environment focussing on Warranty Insurance, Service and Maintenance Plans and other VAPS’s.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric essential
  • Tertiary qualifications highly advantageous
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in a sales leadership role required
  • Experience as an established Regional Manager or a long-standing Dealer Consultant in the Gauteng region, with an established network and dealership relationships preferred
  • Knowledge of vehicle warranty, service plans and other Value Added Products required

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Head of Sales
  • Meet and exceed company’s business development goals
  • Implement Motor Dealer sales strategy in the Region
  • Craft and execute strategic objectives, deliver results and motivate team
  • Managing sales targets and relationships with targeted Motor Dealers
  • Grow network throughout the Region
