Your Career

The Regional Sales Manager is a key driver of company revenue and growth. As an experienced sales professional, you will lead and drive sales engagements, connecting customers with solutions at every stage of threat prevention to address critical challenges in their secure environment.

You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding your sales quota by developing and executing strategic territory plans focused on deploying the Palo Alto Networks Next Generation Security Platform. This role offers a unique opportunity for a proactive closer to expand market share by actively displacing competing technologies.

Your Impact

  • Drive and manage complex sales cycles, collaborating with internal teams to serve customers effectively.
  • Build long-term relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors through consultative selling.
  • Create and implement strategic account plans aimed at enterprise-wide deployments.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs to position Palo Alto Networks effectively.
  • Use a programmatic approach to generate demand, develop, and expand your territory.
  • Leverage customer stories to craft compelling value propositions tailored to each account.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and their impact on our products and services.
  • Travel within your territory and to company meetings as needed.

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • Knowledge of SaaS architectures, especially in networking or security, with a preference for SASE technology awareness.
  • Experience working with channel partners to develop a channel-centric go-to-market approach.
  • Proven ability to lead all aspects of the sales cycle, from uncovering opportunities to closing deals in new territories and accounts.
