Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Development Representative to open doors and build pipeline across South Africa. You will research accounts, identify decision makers, and book initial discovery calls to fuel our Account Executives.

You will craft personalized outreach using LinkedIn, email and phone, and maintain clean Salesforce/SalesLoft records while hitting volume goals with high-quality touches.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience preferred; quota carrying is welcome.
• 2 years in SDR/BDR role; SaaS or agency experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication; ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
• Proficient with Salesforce and pipeline management.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As Regional Sales Manager at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients. This is not about spamming a list. It is thoughtful outreach, pattern recognition and smart communication, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality.
