Qualifications

  • 2 or more years’ external sales experience in valve/flow-related equipment.
  • 2 or more years’ experience at a Sales Management level.
  • Proven track record with EPCs and large industrial operations.

Regional Sales Manager – Gauteng and Surrounds.

Take full ownership of sales performance across Gauteng and surrounding provinces. This high-impact Management role is ideal for a driven sales professional with expertise in valve and flow solutions and the confidence to engage EPCs and major industrial clients with ease.

Salary: R70 000 – R80 000 CTC per month.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Technical qualification (N6/N Diploma) or mechanical/instrumentation apprenticeship
  • 2 or more years’ external sales experience in specific valves/flow-related equipment
  • 2 or more years’ experience at a Sales Management level with the ability to lead a small team
  • Proven track record with EPCs (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and large industrial operations
  • Ability to analyse flow-related issues and deliver long-term, value-based solutions
  • Ability to present technical, valve-related demonstrations to key decision makers
  • MS Office and CRM system experience
  • Strong reporting ability
  • Valid driver’s licence with own reliable vehicle

  • Actively recruit and onboard new sales staff as the region grows
