About the Role : The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating sales activities and strategies across the region.
Your plans should align with business objectives and strategic plans, focusing on maximizing profit and volume sustainably.
Main Responsibilities : Create regional sales plans and quotas aligned with business goals Support Agents and Area Sales Managers with daily store operations Evaluate store and individual performances Report on regional sales results Forecast quarterly and annual sales by ASM Identify hiring needs, select, and train new sales staff Prepare and review the annual budget for the region Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities Address potential problems and suggest solutions Prepare weekly regional reports Propose new services / products and operational improvements Manage budgeting, performance measurement, and product mix feedback Who we are looking for : Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG / Retail and a 3-year tertiary qualification in a related field At least 3 years of people management experience Proven stakeholder management skills Effective leadership qualities Track record of driving sales and managing customer relations Ability to develop and sustain new business Working knowledge of SAP and customer service systems Previous experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar role Ability to analyze KPIs and ROI Understanding of store operations Excellent communication skills in English Strong reporting and presentation skills Organizational and planning abilities Problem-solving orientation Ability to cascade information effectively within teams Alignment with company values and integrity Self-motivated with high self-mastery Existing relationships in the retail industry How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero : Success at Ferrero requires a consumer-centric approach, dedication to quality, and care.
