Regional Sales Manager

Our client is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to expand our Dealer Network in Africa and achieve sales objectives for specific districts of our company.

Responsibilities:

1. Create regional sales plans and targets in alignment with business objectives.
2. Support Dealer Network with operations.
3. Evaluate Dealership and individual performances.
4. Report on regional sales results.
5. Forecast quarterly and annual targets and budgets.
6. Develop new Dealership staff.
7. Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility.
8. Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
9. Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
10. Participate in decisions for expansion or business plans for new Dealers.
11. Suggest new services, products, and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. 2-5 years of proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager, Dealer Development, or similar senior sales role.
2. Matriculation or equivalent qualification; postgraduate business-related qualification is advantageous.
3. Valid driver's license.

Skills:

1. Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
2. Familiarity with CRM software.
3. Understanding of Dealer operations.
4. Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance Dealer Network.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
7. Availability to travel as needed.
