Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious Regional Sales Development Executive to spearhead the expansion into the South African market. This dynamic role involves managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and presenting to closing deals and maintaining strong client relationships. You will be expected to contribute to a high-velocity sales environment, working closely with key stakeholders to drive both SME and enterprise-level sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Market Growth: Refine and execute the regional go-to-market strategy in alignment with business goals. Adapt strategies based on market feedback, sales performance, and competitive analysis.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Own and manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiations to onboarding new clients.
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop a robust network within the business community and represent the brand at key industry events and conferences.
  • Sales Performance: Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding targets, ensuring smooth client onboarding, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Operations: Leverage CRM tools to manage your pipeline and report on performance, ensuring continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience selling HR software to medium and large-sized businesses.
  • Network: An existing network within the HR or software sales industry.
  • Availability: Must be able to start by April 14, 2025.
  • Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven Sales Expertise: Strong experience in sales with the ability to close deals and meet targets.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to develop lasting relationships and maintain client loyalty.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Creative problem-solver with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
