Blacksmith Agency is seeking Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are eager to open doors and build pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel—researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers—and you will shape Blacksmith’s first impression with potential clients.

This is a thoughtful outreach role, using tools like LinkedIn, SalesLoft and Salesforce to hit volume targets while keeping every touchpoint high quality.

Formación

• B2B sales experience with quota carrying is preferred.
• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role or similar.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Experience with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and pipeline management.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

About The Role

• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
