Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for shop visits in South Africa.
  2. Provide event support to dealer shops.
  3. Supervise daily NPS metrics.
  4. Develop and implement annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans and related budgets; monitor sales channels; analyze key product and regional sales data.
  5. Participate in market research and product testing; collect market feedback to optimize products.
  6. Participate in brand and product marketing activities to ensure alignment with market objectives.
  7. Contribute to the development of service channels to enhance customer service quality and satisfaction.
  8. Manage customer relationships to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
  9. Collect and report on sales policies and market risk information.

Qualifications

  1. Knowledge and skills: Familiarity with sales channel development and management, dealer shop operations; proficiency in Office software; driving skills required.
  2. Educational background: Bachelor degree or above.
  3. Language skills: Fluent in English; Chinese speaking skills are a plus.
  4. Professional background: Open to all; degrees in International Economics and Trade, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering are preferred.
  5. Other qualities: Outgoing personality, meticulous, serious, good communication skills, team player, resilient under pressure, proactive, highly market-sensitive with strong sales drive.
