Job summary

OLIVER, part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a Producer to lead regional delivery for a major global brand from Cape Town. You’ll manage high volumes of localised assets across languages and channels, coordinating a team of IPMs and ensuring campaigns meet timelines and brand guidelines.

You will oversee production budgets, optimize processes with AI tools, and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners while driving efficiency and output quality.

Qualifications

• Broad production experience across digital, print, and motion assets.
• Proven ability to deliver high-volume, multi‑market campaigns.
• Experience line managing production teams, onsite and offshore.
• Strong forecasting and resource planning capabilities.
• Experience managing project budgets, cost estimation, and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Own regional production delivery, aligning assets with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Create and maintain campaign timelines to SLA; forecast pipelines and resource needs.
• Brief IPMs on scope and timings; approve local adaptations.
• Track pre-production tasks including translations and approvals.
• Be the primary client contact for timeline and delivery queries; escalate risks as needed.
• Lead daily studio stand-ups and manage a team of IPMs; support development.
