Job summary

OLIVER, part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a Producer to lead regional delivery for a major global brand from Cape Town. You’ll manage high volumes of localised assets across languages and channels, line-manage IPMs, and ensure on-time delivery to global brand standards.

Requirements include broad production experience, team leadership, strong project management, and familiarity with AI-driven workflows. Hybrid work: three days in studio.

Qualifications

• Broad production experience across digital, print, and motion
• Experience line managing and developing production teams
• Strong project management with risk handling

Responsibilities

• Own regional production delivery, ensuring localised assets align with client objectives and brand guidelines
• Build and maintain campaign timelines to SLA; forecast pipelines for peaks and staffing
• Brief IPMs on campaign specifics, timings, and scope; sign off local timings
• Track pre-production tasks including translations, price validation, global master approvals
• Serve as primary client contact for timeline and delivery; escalate risks as needed
• Lead daily studio stand-ups and manage IPMs
• Line manage Integrated Project Managers and develop their skills
• Build strong relationships with Sales Market clients and media agencies
• Oversee digital and print campaigns across owned and bought media in multiple languages
• Review global briefs and forecast data to plan production capacity
• Support Account Lead with monthly reporting, invoicing, and scope management
• Advance automation and AI-driven efficiency in the studio
• Manage project-level production budgets, sourcing freelancers and vendors
• Assist with cost estimates for additional resources
