Position Title : Regional Product Development Manager (RPDM)

A Snapshot of Your Day

You work closely with all Siemens Energy Regional commercial teams and customers, providing technical sales support for our product line, including opportunity identification, qualification, evaluation, and pursuit through order capture.

Your focus will be on deploying Siemens Energy technology solutions via engineered solutions where applicable.

As the technology expert for your region, you develop solutions for potential customers in conjunction with regional and Siemens Energy commercial teams.

This role supports a growth initiative within Gas Services, working within a dynamic, supportive, and engaging global team.

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for regional customers in collaboration with client-facing teams
  • Proactively identify and develop new opportunities and leads
  • Manage the sales funnel, document opportunity lifecycle, and track to closure
  • Gather and communicate customer needs, market drivers, and competitive intelligence to inform new product and service development
  • Qualify opportunities and determine bid strategies and solutions
  • Coordinate with clients, regional, and operational teams during acquisition and execution, ensuring accurate proposal development and understanding project scope
  • Create and maintain an annual territory and bookings strategy to meet or exceed targets
  • Train and educate client-facing teams on new service offerings within the product line
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred) or 15+ years of experience in the aeroderivative industry
  • Extensive sales, commercial development, and technical experience, including contract and order negotiation for LM and LM
  • Deep product knowledge of LM and LM
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Team player and self-starter with a growth mindset
  • Strong connections with decision-makers and influencers at regional customers (e.g., Sonatrac, Azule, Mobil OSO)
