Pernod Ricard South Africa Pty Ltd is seeking a Buyer to support procurement of third‑party requirements across Africa Middle East. You will maintain supplier relationships and execute local and regional sourcing initiatives with Category Leads, ensuring time, cost and quality targets are met.

In this role you will analyze spend, collate analytics, support negotiations, and manage contracts in collaboration with stakeholders and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years’ experience in procurement.
• Tender experience essential.
• Basic Excel skills necessary.

Responsabilités

• Collate category analytics and spending data.
• Analyze spend and stakeholder requirements.
• Support procurement strategies and category leads.
• Escalate supplier performance issues as needed.
• Maintain supplier contracts and ERP data; track milestones.
• Coordinate annual sourcing calendar and supplier communications.
