About the Role

We're seeking a Regional Payments Manager to drive onboarding of new payment solutions and contribute to the success of the Africa region.

This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with key clients, work with global stakeholders, and ensure regional goals are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

1. Onboarding Payment Solutions: Identify, evaluate, and integrate new payment systems tailored to the African market, aligning with company and client needs.
2. Functionality Oversight: Monitor all onboarded payment solutions for efficiency and resolve operational issues promptly.
3. Payment Tracking: Maintain accurate records of payment transactions for timely processing.
4. Analysis and Reporting: Analyze payment data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing insights to leadership.
5. Compliance: Ensure all payment procedures meet legal, regulatory, and internal standards in Africa.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
7. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with payment vendors, including contract negotiations and performance monitoring.
8. Process Optimization: Continuously improve payment workflows for efficiency and error reduction.
