Job Description

The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for monitoring key performance indicators, performance trends, and implementing appropriate actions to optimize the business. This includes delivering fuel and store sales, managing on-site costs, and achieving net contribution plans within a specified sales region.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a budget covering all aspects of sales operations for the region.
  • Leading a team of Retail Business Managers to deliver outstanding performance, safe and efficient operations.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders such as Network Solutions, Construction & Maintenance, Technical Design, Management, HSSE, and Dealer Councils.

Job Responsibilities
  • Define critical elements, deliverables, and milestones of the Retail Strategy.
  • Allocate targets and resources to Retail Business Managers.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach the team to achieve high standards in HSSE, customer service, and financial performance.
  • Establish a culture of operational excellence and ensure full policy compliance.
  • Engage with dealer and distributor networks to understand and develop business opportunities.
  • Manage income drivers and monitor site contributions.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews and implement strategies to enhance performance.
  • Ensure successful implementation of retail programs and initiatives.
  • Identify growth opportunities and improve customer service using industry insights.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; postgraduate qualification preferred.
  • 8-10 years in business operations, with experience in sales and team leadership.
Additional Information
