Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing large-scale farming operations and/or processing plants.
• Strong understanding of crop production cycles, processing techniques, and supply-chain logistics in agriculture.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region and reside in or near Mahikeng, North West.
