This position provides leadership to a growing team, focusing on client outcomes, quality standards, growth, and performance of our in-home/community aged care services across NSW. It suits someone with the drive and commitment to elevate our client-focused aged care programs.
The successful candidate will lead and expand our newly established aged care services in Newcastle and contribute to the growth of aged care across other areas of NSW.
This role is ideal for an experienced community services leader with strong financial understanding, commercial acumen, and relationship-building skills. It is a permanent full-time position based in Newcastle with hybrid work arrangements.
Successful candidates will need to pass probity checks, including a National Criminal History Record Check.
