Job description

The Regional On Premise Manager (ROPM) holds the overall responsibility for implementing the national business plan within the assigned region.

The ROPM is the leader of the Musketeers.

As the brand's representative in the market, the ROPM, together with their team, focuses on optimizing sales, brand presence, and awareness across the On Premise channel.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and executing regional strategies aligned with the national business plan.
  2. Leading and motivating the Musketeers team.
  3. Building and maintaining strong relationships within the nightlife and HORECA sectors.
  4. Driving sales growth and brand visibility in the region.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a proven success record.
  • Ideally 2 years of management experience, preferably in FMCG.
  • Experience in a Musketeer role is a plus.
  • Strong industry contacts and knowledge in the nightlife or HORECA sectors.
  • Extroverted, approachable, and proactive in building relationships.
  • Inspiring leadership with a positive attitude.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking.
  • Commercial awareness with understanding of sales processes and financial systems.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to interpret market data and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, training, and coaching skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexible with working hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Proficient in iOS and MS Office.
  • Willing to travel 70-80%.
