Job summary

Hollywoodbets is seeking a Regional Administrator (Mobile) to oversee regional functions in Polokwane, Limpopo. You will track performance, file personnel documents, manage stock and rostering, and handle ad hoc duties while traveling extensively to branches and outlets.

You will work with the Regional Team to drive growth in Mobile betting, set up outlets and helpdesks, and ensure FICA compliance and branding guidelines are followed. A valid manual Driver’s License is required.

Qualifications

• Administration of regional functions including performance tracking and reporting.
• Management of personnel documents, stock control, rostering and ad hoc tasks.
• Extensive travel required between branches/outlets.

Responsibilities

• Work with Regional Team to achieve Mobile betting growth targets across branches/outlets.
• Assist with setting up TUV Outlets and Helpdesks within the Region and conduct promotions at these outlets.
• Manage leave/absenteeism documentation and application process for Mobile Clerks.
• Ensure Mobile Clerks (Outlets and Branches) files are up to date and FICA documents are submitted timeously.
• Ensure Mobile Clerks have uniforms and name badges.
• Check timekeeping of Mobile Clerks and record hours worked.
• Report on shortages and inventory issues encountered.
• Review sales targets and progress; ensure operations are in order (inventory, branding, equipment).
• Assist planning and implementation of mobile promotions at Branches/Outlets.
• Contact potential customers to showcase betting via mobile app and TUV features.
• Coach Mobile Clerks on tasks and perform as Mobile Clerk when needed.
• Stock control of mobile/promotional items within the region.
• Visit outlets/branches to ensure active promotion and branding visibility.
• Maintain relationships with store managers and Branch Managers in the region.
• Coordinate with iBranch Support Center for new customer signups and service.
• Daily, Weekly and Monthly management reporting.
• Extensive travel between Branches/Outlets.
