Job summary

Hollywoodbets seeks a Team Leader (Mobile) based in Rustenburg, North West. You will lead a team of Mobile Clerks, set daily targets, and drive performance across Active and Qualified accounts.

You’ll plan regional campaigns, ensure timely marketing materials, and monitor ROI to optimise promotions. The role requires a minimum of 12 months in a leadership role, a proven track record of meeting quotas, and strong customer-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months in a leadership role.
• Track record of over-achieving quota.
• Ability to understand customer needs and handle different personalities.
• Strong listening, communication, presentation and social skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Area Managers to meet targets on Active and Qualified accounts.
• Plan marketing campaigns with Area Manager and Marketing Team.
• Ensure marketing material is available for CSI handovers at campaigns.
• Measure promotions ROI using Promo Tracker.
• Conduct market analysis to suggest improvements.
• Recruitment, interviewing, and induction coordination with AM/Trainer.
• Manage Mobile Clerks performance, targets, reviews, HR/IR and PIP processes.
