Regional Marketing Manager (Media) – Sandton, Johannesburg.

You’ll also be the go-to expert for all things marketing — the subject matter expert trusted to guide decisions and drive results.

R65 000 – R78 000 CTC per month + Medical Aid, Provident Fund, Performance-based bonus.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications or Business (Honours preferred)
  • 5 or more years in marketing specific to media
  • 2 or more years of strategic and team management experience
  • Experience in a media environment or advertising agency is essential
  • Must be confident, taking full ownership as the marketing subject matter expert
  • Proven track record with integrated campaigns and digital media
  • Strong brand management, stakeholder engagement, and content planning
  • Excellent time management, budgeting, and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and campaign reporting
  • Must thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • A hands-on, resilient, and strategic mindset is non-negotiable

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee regional marketing campaigns across digital, events, and other media
  • Ensure alignment with brand objectives and messaging
  • Collaborate closely with sales, digital, and content teams
  • Manage creative and media agencies to ensure quality and deadlines
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for future initiatives
  • Guide and develop a growing marketing team
  • Handle budget planning, spend control, and reporting
  • Drive brand engagement through integrated marketing and event activations
  • Act as the subject matter expert for all marketing-related strategy and execution
  • Apply analytical insights to refine campaign outcomes and team performance
