Regional Marketing Manager (Media) – Green Point, Cape Town

If you’re ready to step into a role where your ideas drive change, this one’s for you. Shape strategy, own campaign execution, and lead a growing regional team in a fast-paced, high-impact media environment.
You’ll also be the go-to expert for all things marketing — the subject matter expert trusted to guide decisions and drive results.

R65 000 – R78 000 CTC per month + Medical Aid, Provident Fund, Performance-based bonus.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications or Business (Honours preferred)
  • 5 or more years in marketing specific to media
  • 2 or more years of strategic and team management experience
  • Experience in a media environment or advertising agency is essential
  • Must be confident, taking full ownership as the marketing subject matter expert
  • Proven track record with integrated campaigns and digital media
  • Strong brand management, stakeholder engagement, and content planning
  • Excellent time management, budgeting, and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and campaign reporting
  • Must thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • A hands-on, resilient, and strategic mindset is non-negotiable
