Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in retail sales or store management.
• Experience with automotive parts and technical sales in retail branches.
• At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good problem-solving and organisational ability.
• Computer literacy (MS Office).
• Willingness to travel regularly between store locations.
