Job description

A vacancy exists in the Fleet Sales Department, which forms part of the Vehicle Sales Division and is based in Johannesburg.

This position will focus on SMME North Region fleet sales and related business development.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
  1. Establish and increase the dealer fleet market share within the region.
  2. Support dealers to develop a clearly defined process to effectively maximize full-service leasing to fleet SMME customers.
  3. Development of a fleet strategy with dealers to support SMME growth.
  4. Manage forecasts, targets, and dealer stock pipeline.
  5. Build and retain relationships with fleet customers.
  6. Drive adoption of digital tools to provide a value offering.
  7. Cross-functional collaboration with strategic teams to provide alignment across the fleet strategy and ensure implementation.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  1. NQF Level 6 – (credits – 8 level framework) BCom / related.
  2. Experience / exposure in marketing, sales, and dealer business environment (min 2-5 years).
  3. PC Literacy (MS Office package - advanced, SAP, e-Toyota).
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Verbal and written).
