The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing business strategies, managing HR operations, and ensuring profitability for the region. Applicants should have 15 years of experience in civil engineering consultancy, with expertise in water and sanitation services. Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in Civil Engineering Consultancy Practice.
• Expertise in Water and Sanitation, including Bulk Water and Sanitation services.
• Proficiency in Contract Administration with NEC3/4 experience being beneficial.
• Experience with General Municipal and Site Services advantageous.
• Must hold a BSc and be a Pr Eng registered with ECSA.
• PrCPM registration is a plus.

• Adopt and execute an effective marketing strategy for each client and division within the region.

• Maintain professional and optimal client relationships to ensure sustainability.
• Perform Consulting Engineering tasks such as planning, design, documentation, procurement, contract administration, construction monitoring, and project closeout.
• Uphold a high quality and professional standard in all projects, adhering to technical requirements.
• Assist in resolving technical problems or disputes with contractors, clients, and professional teams.
• Implement and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) across the region.
• Monitor administrative systems to support staff and management in the successful administration of regional operations.
• Regularly visit branches, satellite offices, project sites, and clients to oversee regional activities.
• Ensure effective communication and interfacing between regional staff, other regions, and divisions.
