Smollan in South Africa seeks a seasoned Field Manager to drive FMCG sales through hands-on leadership and strategic oversight. You will manage budgets, share insights, and coordinate field activities to maximize revenue across assigned territories.

The role requires strong people leadership, operational discipline, and a proven track record in sales within FMCG environments. You will influence cross-functional teams and deliver sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 2 years field management experience in FMCG industry
• 5 years’ experience in sales environment
• Relevant Diploma/Degree at NQF level 7
