You're a self-starter with a can-do attitude and excellent written and verbal communication skills suited to a professional B2B environment.

What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for promoting and expanding the sales of industrial equipment across multiple regions, working with both direct customers and channel partners. From identifying new business opportunities through market research to closing deals and implementing regional strategies, you'll manage the full sales cycle. You'll become a trusted advisor to strategic clients, offering tailored solutions and coordinating with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction. You'll also manage individual and regional customer strategies and provide detailed sales forecasts to the Head of Industrial Sales.

Where you'll be doing it
Our client, a global leader in their sector with a culture of excellence and a commitment to customer satisfaction and dedicated to driving success in every aspect of its operations. You will be based at their Cape Town branch and will be required to travel 75% of the time within the Western Cape, Eastern Cape, Northern Cape & Namibia.

What you'll need
You'll bring a proven track record in territory management and year-on-year revenue growth, ideally in industrial or food equipment sales. With at least 3 years of experience, you're comfortable working independently and juggling multiple priorities. Strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office are key. You'll also need to be highly organised, capable of managing multiple projects independently, and open to regular travel. A proactive, self-starting attitude will set you apart.
