A leading company in the HR sector seeks a Regional HR Manager to oversee the entire human resource function for the region. The role involves managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with South African employment laws. The ideal candidate will have an Honours Degree in Human Resources and at least five years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to fostering a positive work culture.
The Regional HR Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire human resource function for the region. The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation and compliance, industrial relations, and dispute resolution. The position will also serve as an advisor to Managers and Employees on all employee-related matters and will partner with relevant Regional Managers to drive performance, sound employee relations, and employee engagement within the region. Additionally, the Regional HR Manager will play a key role in fostering and driving a positive work culture aligned with the company values and behaviors. The position reports to the Group HR Manager.
