A leading HR firm seeks a Regional HR Manager to oversee human resources functions in Bloemfontein. Responsibilities include recruitment, performance management, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. Candidates should possess an Honours degree in HR management and extensive experience in a similar role. The Regional HR Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire human resource function for the region. The main responsibilities include but not limited to r ecruitment onboarding employee relations performance management policy implementation and compliance industrial relations and dispute resolution . The position will also be an advisor to Managers and Employees on all employee related matters and will partner with the relevant Regional Managers to drive performance sound employee relations and employee engagement within the region. The Regional HR Manager will also play a key role in fostering and driving a positive work culture aligned to the company values and behaviours. The position will report to the Group HR Manager.
