Southern Suburbs - We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Regional Personnel Officer to oversee and deliver generalist HR support across a group of retail stores, primarily located in the Southern Suburbs. The successful candidate will work closely with Divisional and Regional Management to foster a high-performance, values-driven culture aligned with company goals. Ideal for a resilient, people-oriented HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is passionate about employee engagement, talent development, and operational excellence.

This role is responsible for a wide range of HR functions including Recruitment & Selection, Payroll & HR Administration, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Industrial Relations, and CCMA representation. Key focus areas include ensuring compliance with South African labour legislation, driving staff development and succession planning, and supporting store teams through effective HR operations and strategic initiatives.
