What You Will Achieve

1. Champion Zero Harm: Spearhead a proactive safety culture, eliminating workplace injuries.

3. Elevate Quality Standards: Ensure unwavering compliance with ISO standards and continuously improve our management systems.

We Are Looking for Someone With

1. 8+ years in SHEQ management, ideally in mining.
2. A relevant University degree (Health & Safety, Environmental Management, etc.).
3. MBA a plus.
4. Key certifications: Comsoc, SAMTRAC, IRCA Lead Auditor, or similar.
5. Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
6. Experience in ISO implementation and auditing.
