Job description

We are looking for a Regional Financial Manager to join a market leader in providing innovative health and hygiene solutions, including hygiene rental equipment, office consumables, deep cleaning, and pest control services. We are committed to excellence, sustainability, and delivering outstanding service to our clients.

Job Overview :

Seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Regional Financial Manager to oversee financial operations across multiple branches. The successful candidate will ensure financial compliance, accuracy in reporting, and effective financial management while supporting branch operations. This role requires travel to our four branches for audits, reviews, and training.

Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to) :

Conduct audits and report on specific financial controls to ensure compliance.

Review and approve monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations .

Lead year-end preparation , including audit pack compilation.

Attend and oversee monthly stock takes to ensure accuracy.

Manage debtors (accounts receivable) to optimise cash flow.

Review and authorise all payments before release.

Prepare and monitor annual budgets and forecasts.

Stakeholder Engagement & Training :

Conduct monthly management reviews with General Managers.

Hold quarterly meetings with General Managers to discuss financial performance.

Provide training and support to branch admin staff on financial processes.

Travel Requirements :

Must be willing to travel to four branches for audits, reviews, and training.

Qualifications & Experience :

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIMA, ACCA) is a plus.

Experience : Minimum 5 years in financial management, preferably in a multi-branch or regional role.

Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of financial controls, auditing, budgeting, and management reporting. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero).

Soft Skills : Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills. Ability to train and guide non-finance staff.

Travel : Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel as required.
