Job description

Regional Finance Manager CA(SA) Johannesburg Gauteng

Salary: R80-90K Per Month CTC

Purpose of Position: Complement Recruitment are recruiting for a Regional Finance Manager for a permanent position based in Sandton, Johannesburg, Gauteng. This position requires travel between the Gauteng sites.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Minimum BCOM Degree; CA (SA) required
  2. 5 Years Experience
  3. Valid drivers license
  4. Own transport, able to travel
  5. Travel / territories to cover Boksburg, Selby, Florida, Aeroport, Vereeniging.

Duties:

  1. Manage finance team - Reports - 2 Regional accountants, 2 Bookkeepers and 3 Creditors Clerks
  2. Managing and overseeing the full finance function
  3. Monthly reporting and analysis
  4. Managing month and year end close including monthly flash results
  5. Managing Debtors, Creditors, Cashbook, General ledger
  6. Monthly stock / inventory reconciliation
  7. Visit and review branches including an internal audit review
  8. SARS Statutory returns (Income tax, VAT, PAYE, Dividend tax)
  9. Review Sars Checklists and e-filing
  10. Monthly payroll preparation and completion
  11. Release Payments on the Bank Accounts
  12. Analysis of Income Statement and Balance sheets
  13. Prepare budgets and forecasts on an annual basis
  14. Adhoc Reports and analysis as required from the Regional Executive
  15. Travel to Region 1 branches
