Action Plan
- Manage and achieve defined KPI targets for the region: store coverage, distribution, additional store placements, cashier coolers, and volume increase for the Perfect Store initiative.
- Ensure coverage of the defined database by both personal and team efforts. Complete all calls allocated to the individual territory.
Relationship Building
- Build strong relationships within the defined region by providing first-class customer service and engaging with the world of Red Bull.
- Encourage sustainable relationships with external regional managers and foster a collaborative culture among internal regional managers.
Promotional Activities
- Implement promotions according to the agreed conditions in stores from day one.
- Ensure teams secure and enhance the in-store presence of the Red Bull brand through the implementation of Perfect Store Standards.
Team Training and Development
- Train, motivate, lead, and develop team members to maximize their potential and results. Conduct all necessary field visits and sales coaching with each of the team members.
Team Management
- Define and communicate SMART objectives to team members. Ensure they have the necessary information and tools to perform their roles.
- Manage team budgets, including travel, free goods, incentives, etc.
- Establish and maintain a dynamic and enjoyable team environment that encourages positive attitudes, interaction, and creativity. Foster strong relationships between Red Bull and team members.
- Complete all reports before deadlines. Use reports to analyze and improve team performance. Plan and execute quarterly campaigns and conduct regular quality audits.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in the Off Premise sector of FMCG.
- Proven success in leading field sales teams.
- Leadership, motivation, and team-building skills.
- Clear understanding of the Off Premise channel.
- Commitment to people management and development, with a proven ability to build and nurture talent.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Field Force automation tools.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in management reporting and budget control.
- Valid driving license.
