JOB PROFILE

JOB TITLE: Regional Facilitator

DURATION: Twelve (12) Months Fixed Term Contract

REPORTING TO: Branch Manager

JOB GRADE: C5 Minimum Midpoint

CTC: R619 060.00 - R728 306.00

NO. OF INCUMBENTS: 1

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To build strong cooperatives and collectively owned enterprises at Provincial network and to be catalysts in the development of small.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

  1. Establish sector-specific cooperatives and collective.
  2. Support and guide institutional development of sector-specific cooperatives and collective enterprises.
  3. Manage growth and development of sector-specific cooperatives and collective enterprises.
  4. Represent cooperatives and collective enterprises at local.
  5. Mobilize communities in order to develop functional and well-running cooperatives and collective enterprises.

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:

  1. Matric and National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Business Commerce.

REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:

  1. 4 – 6 years’ work experience in Enterprise Development.
  2. Good understanding and knowledge of the small enterprises and cooperatives development sector.
