Job description

Households and communities are regarded as key developmental partners, with the Foundation enhancing their capacity to meet the needs of young children through projects focused on food security, youth development, economic development, and early childhood development initiatives.

The Foundation is seeking a Regional Early Childhood Development Manager.

The Regional ECD Manager will oversee the implementation of the "Everyone Gets to Play" model across three provinces.

Responsibilities include managing outputs, contracts, budgets, invoicing, and reporting for implementing partners and service providers; stakeholder management across sectors including business, government, and civil society; planning for expansion within existing areas and into new regions; overseeing Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning data; and communicating insights to inform the broader portfolio strategy.
