Qualifications

• Junior Certificate (Grade 10) or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Drive light and medium motor vehicles to transport passengers and deliver items.
• Monitor and record routine maintenance on allocated vehicles and report defects.
• Complete vehicle records and logbooks.
• Render clerical support/messenger services: collect and deliver documentation.
• Assist with registry, stationery, and general administration.
• Assist with monitoring visits preparation and asset verification.
• Load and offload vehicles and support during library visits.
• Assist with asset verification and inventory control (books/equipment).
• Assist with checking issued/received lists and new consignments.
• Ad hoc tasks as directed by supervisor.
