Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and align with business goalsRecruit, mentor, and lead the sales team to meet individual and team sales objectivesSet and manage external sales targets, ensuring alignment with organisational goalsOversee development and delivery of tailored client solutions using internal subject matter expertsCollaborate with the Sales and Promotion Committee to execute regional promotional strategiesEnsure all regional promotional initiatives comply with central brand standardsManage budgets and strategies for client engagement activities (e.g., golf days, sponsorships)Attend industry events to boost company visibility and influenceSupport operational teams to cross-sell and upsell, with turnover targets set for existing accountsCollaborate with operations, promotions, and service delivery teams for aligned objectivesDesign and implement retention strategies for key clients through tailored solutionsAct as the primary contact for major potential clients to foster long-term relationshipsResolve client concerns swiftly, especially during sales or renewal cyclesParticipate actively in the monthly Sales and Promotion CommitteeTranslate committee discussions into actionable strategies for sales and promotions teamsPrepare and present detailed sales performance, promotional results, and pipeline reports to EXCO and the committee (with BD Support)Leverage data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement
