Finbond Mutual Bank seeks a Branch Consultant in Gauteng to support branch clients and authorize key transactions. The role involves approvals, supplier invoicing, and maintaining records with attention to accuracy.

Applicants should have Matric, solid Excel skills, and the ability to communicate in at least two languages. A positive, customer-focused attitude and the willingness to work a couple of Saturdays per month are preferred.

Qualificações

• Matric; proficient with a computer and peripherals.
• Knowledgeable in Excel.
• Ability to converse in at least two languages spoken within the market place.
• Clear Criminal Record.

Responsabilidades

• Approving refunds and loan cancellations.
• Approving fingerprint overrides and LT loan payouts.
• Authorizing receipt cancellations and CBS/Delfin support.
• Capturing and processing supplier invoices; reconciling supplier accounts.
• Maintaining filing systems and handling confidential correspondence and reports.
• Coordinating travel arrangements and venue bookings; assisting with ad-hoc queries.
